How do I pay for the services of Haus-invest-immo-service?
At the end of the month an invoice will be generated with a breakdown of the rents, cleaning and contracted services. You will pay monthly in arrears having received the payments of all the rents previously.
Do I have to become self-employed?
It is not necessary, you can rent your holiday home as a private individual and declare the income in your annual income tax return. We can advise you on tax matters.
What would happen if something breaks down in the house (breakdowns) and I am far away?
We would take care of everything. Whether you are far away or not. We will provide a solution as quickly as possible to ensure the continuity of the rentals.
What if guests break something?
If the guest does not take responsibility for the breakage, we will activate Airbnb’s insurance. We take the photos, write the claim and take care of the entire process until you receive the compensation from Airbnb to your bank account. We will replace the item or repair the damage.
How do you do it in homes that are in communities?
We will be in contact with the community and solve any problems that may arise and keep you informed of everything. We will inform the guests of the strict compliance of the community rules and the respect of the neighbours’ rest.
Are the benefits higher than in regular long term rental?
Yes they are. Normally you can double your rents, because you have short term rentals during the whole year long.
