After each stay, the house will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, the linen will be washed (laundry included) and the accommodation will be left ready for the next guests. The cleaning includes a service to replenish consumables such as hand soap, toilet paper, shower gel, coffee capsules, water, etc. For longer bookings (maximum 30 days) a more thorough cleaning service will be provided.

An accommodation in continuous use can lead to minor wear and tear, such as changing light bulbs, checking the condition of electrical appliances, repairs that do not require a professional, changing batteries, replacement of damaged equipment due to wear and tear or breakage (if it is due to wear and tear, this includes the service and labour for the replacement - not the material, if it is due to breakage, this is covered by Airbnb's insurance). If it is due to breakage by the guest, it will be covered by Airbnb insurance.) In the case of major or minor works, the management and communication with the tradesmen is included.

We adapt the prices of the calendar according to occupancy and season. Our goal is to achieve an occupancy rate close to 100%, for this we work with the pricing strategy and thus achieve maximum profitability of the property.

We are in contact with the guests 24/7 to solve any problems or incidents. We inform them about the rules of the house (and community), explain the details of the accommodation and provide them with local or regional information of tourist or cultural interest.

We plan the check-in and check-out of guests, organise the handing over of keys and check that everything is in order when guests leave. Normally we work in order to allow check-outs and check-ins at the same day.

Tourist accommodations are obliged to report every accommodation to the Guardia Civil or the Ministry, with a data record, ID card or identification and a holiday rental contract.
