- Toilet paper and kitchen paper.
- Rubbish bags.

- Sugar, sweetener, salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar.
- If there is a dishwasher, tablets/capsules for the same.
- Air fresheners.
- Cleaning and disinfection products for the host and for the guests

Set-up-fee: from 750 €
Every house is different and requires different amounts of linen, towels, consumables, decoration. We take care of preparing the accommodation together with the owner so that you can start renting it out. The more the owner participates in the set-up the lower can be the set-up fee.
In the set-up-fee are normally included:
- New bed linen, towels, blankets, mattress protectors, tablecloths, tea towels, blankets.
- Application of tourist licence
- Application of guest registration in authorities
- Transport cost of equipment and tools. Installation of furnitures and other equipment.
- Creating a new Airbnb account.
